We are well into spring here in TX. I am trying to look forward to the coming beach season. (but gas prices threaten beach getaways for everyone, $5 a gallon...gulp!)
While taking a walk at lunch I came across these red adirondack chairs. Don't they invite you sit and sip a lemonade?
Today I'd muggy and overcast, just the kind of day that deserves a easy-read novel and tall, sweaty glass of cold diet coke. It's a day that demands you forget every stress; just listen to the sound of your children's laughter as they run around the park and fly down the slide.
That would be the right thing to do today.
I am actually waiting for test results again. I hat my PET/CT scan on Monday morning. I have had a lot of pain in my bones since then, although I don't knoe if there is a clinical relation. But, the doctor called 2 days early to confirm my appointment. Waiting for test results + pain + early call from onc = something more mlld than panic but more intense than alarm.
