Military saving lives through BREAST CANCER VACCINE

Dr Peoples: Army Col. & Head of Cancer Vaccine Development Program
Antonio Military Medical Center has announced progress on a vaccine for breast cancer! They claim this is the first cancer vaccine that is targeting patients who are still healthy, ie. not end-stage, and therefore with immune systems healthy enough to effect change.
The concept behind the vaccine trains the immune system to kill those cells that over-express the protein cancer scholars recognize as HER2/Nue. In a trial of 200 patients with lower levels of HER2 success with the vaccine was credited as a 50% decrease of recurrence. A smaller trial of 60 patients who's cancer expressed high levels of HER2 proved a 100% success rate in eliminating recurrence. Not one patient in this group got that cancer back.
(This group of received the vaccine and Herceptin)
I wonder what would have happened to me if I got vaccine E-75 along with my Herceptin. Would I be an oncology patient again? See, my HER2 status went from positive to negative- a reversal seen in as few as 20% of patients treated with Herceptin. So, in theory, Herceptin performed perfectly for me. It stopped the cancer from feeding off the HER2 protein. I would guess that E-75 wouldn't have done anything for me, but I would like to talk to these people anyway. I would like them to take a look at my case and hypothesize what might have happened. Maybe they would even think my immune system is strong enough to test.
Army Col. (Dr.) George E Peoples states that the military is so interested in the treatment of breast cancer because it is the most common cancer among military beneficiaries. I get the logic behind the business decision. But, somewhere there is a young mom out there who's case is like mine. Maybe E-75 will allow her to live cancer-free.
Does anyone out there have a connection to Dr. Peoples? Or even the commercial company Galena Biopharma, who will be conducting the next phase of testing for FDA approval?
In the end, whether a business decision or for the love of a young Mom and her children, CURING CANCER IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO!
